Combining historical charm and modernity, the Art Nouveau villa offers spacious and luxurious suites. The double rooms in the main building offer a modern, elegant design and some feature a balcony and unique sea views.

A particular highlight is the Prime restaurant with bar. At 30 metres in height, it is the highest restaurant on the island and offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the three imperial resorts of Ahlbeck, Bansin and Heringsdorf. The restaurant offers a stylish ambience, warm hospitality, high-class service and culinary delights.

The spacious spa area with natural daylight offers an ideal retreat with an indoor pool, relaxation room, gym, a Finnish sauna and an extensive range of massage treatments to ensure complete relaxation.
